Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1–2 business days.

3.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions).

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

4.2. Free shipping may be available for orders over £20.

4.3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for international orders.

5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

5.2. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

6. Missing or Undelivered Shipments

6.1. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, you must:

Provide a signed statement confirming non-receipt.

6.2. GLDSND is not liable for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, refunds or replacements will only be considered after an investigation has been completed and fraud ruled out.

6.3. Claims for missing or undelivered items may be denied if there is evidence of receipt, such as carrier photos, signatures, or delivery location scans.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

7.1. If your package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.

7.2. Replacements or refunds will be issued at GLDSND’s discretion only after the issue is verified with the carrier. This process may take up to 30 days.

7.3. For damaged items, photographic evidence of the damage must be provided, including the packaging.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

8.1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

8.2. GLDSND is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8.3. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

9. Refunds and Replacements

9.1. Refunds or replacements are only available under the following conditions:

The product was confirmed lost or damaged during transit.

The product was not as described (evidence required).

9.2. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Claims submitted outside the specified timeframes.

Situations where evidence of fraud, misuse, or negligence is identified.

9.3. For approved refunds, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
